Die geskiedenis van Candles Coffee Shop in Vanderbijlpark.

Dit was altyd 'n droom van my om eendag my eie koffie restaurant te kon hê.

Hier het my belagstelling in bak begin.

Januarie 2015 open ons, ons deure in Rossini Boulevard 49, SW1, Vanderbijlpark.

Ek is baie dankbaar vir almal wat my gehelp het om tot hier te kom, veral my ouers en my man wat my nog altyd ondersteun het.

Ek vertrou al my bestaande sowel as nuwe kliënte sal baie lekker hier by my kom kuier.

A little bit of history about Candles Coffee Shop In Vanderbijlpark.

For 11 years I have been working as a secretary at Iscor  in Vanderbijlpark where I was exposed to management meals and functions.  This was where my interest in baking started.  After Iscor rationalized, I realized that I had to start my own business in order to generate an income for me and my two daughters that were pre-school. Drastic steps had to be taken.

My father, a well known business man in Vanderbijlpark helped me by turning a section of his business into a small coffee shop. That was the start of ‘Candle in the Wind’ in Vanderbijlpark 2001.
It took hard work and a lot of tears, but slowly but surely our small coffee shop started to become a well-known beacon in Vanderbijlpark.

We decided that all our products had to be fresh and therefore we bake everything ourselves.
As the years went by, the coffee shop kept on growing in stature.

At the end of 2014 an opportunity arose to move Candles to another, bigger premises in Vanderbijlpark. As I believed that the move would benefit me and my clients, I decided to carry out the move.
January 2015 we opened the doors of our new coffee shop, Candles Coffee Shop at 49 RossinI Boulevard, SW1, Vanderbijlpark .

I am really thankful to everyone who participated in my success, especially my parents and my husband who were always there to support me.
I trust that all my old and new clients will enjoy their regular visits to Candles in the Wind.
